The breakfast area was sparkling clean, and a stone's throw away, I found some epic vegan bites at Mi Taco Poncho's! Just 0.1 km, it was a culinary gem I couldn't pass up.

The night reception was a bit of a snooze about ice and TV, and my feet were black from scuffed floors.

My stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was nice due to the clean breakfast area and convenient location. However, the front desk staff were unhelpful and rude. Would consider again.

Ope, so we stayed one night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The breakfast area was real clean, and lemme tell ya, the coffee was nice! However, the TV was a bit weird and the front desk gal coulda been a tad friendlier. Just a wee hiccup, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

My room was clean, but payment options were confusing at check-in.

The stay was aimed at visiting local sights, and I was pleased with our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The clean breakfast area made mornings enjoyable, and it was an easy walk to cultural spots like Quinta Mazatlan and La Placita. Although the ice machines were out of order, the quick access to nearby restaurants for an evening meal made up for it.

I expected some complimentary gesture as compensation for all this inconvenience, but obviously, that was too much to ask. I almost would ve given a good review, but just couldn’t.

Rooms felt cramped. the floors lacked cleanliness, leaving feet black after a stroll. Notably, the pool was closed for maintenance, which is disappointing when looking for relaxation. Water damage noticeable on the ceiling and mold in the room further took away from the experience.

Just a nice choice for a flying visit in McAllen, great for the money. The front desk was helpful in promptly providing a late checkout, which was really convenient. Be sure to check on the pool's availability before your stay.
